Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of user workstations, software and peripherals for customers.
• Install, test and update computer equipment (computers, servers, peripherals, programs and software)
• Ensure the maintenance, administration and security of hardware
• Install, operate and maintain network services, routers, concentrators, hubs switches,modems and other network devices following technical plans.
• Diagnose and treat incidents
• Write procedures and various technical documents
• Provide user support for the initial training on equipment and software
• Responsible for opening and closing cases.
• Have the abilities to create quotes for products and services.

Qualifications
– Minimum of 5 years directly related work experience: Including installing, Remote/Onsite Support for network and workstations.
– Knowledge of Windows Server technologies is required. (Active Directory,Exchange, SQL, etc).
– CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certifications are also required.
